Northern Strength Fitness is more than a “gym”. It’s a community of support, education, and encouragement to achieve your fitness goals. We are not only a community in the facility, but outside as well, with a dream to create healthier communities everywhere.

We are known as the “Made in Canada” gym as we have a strong belief in supporting local and bringing in quality Canadian goods. This includes our equipment, supplements, clothing and other features throughout the gym. Even the rugs and floor matts!

There are no performance minimums required, just a desire to become a better version of yourself and a willingness to work hard to achieve results.

We pride ourselves on an environment that welcomes both women and men of all skill levels, and want to extend that traditional “Canadian Hospitably” to all who come through the doors. Northern Strength Fitness is a place where we can train Strongmen, and empower Strong Women.

We try to bring in as many different training and active opportunities as we can, to support our community and surrounding area. We hope these options fit who you are now, and who you want to become. We are the home to many, a place to workout and train for some, a safe place and mental break for others.
